The petitioner was initially given posting order, however, she is not accommodated only for the reason that vacancy was not available.

Considering the anomalous situation, the Director of Education (Primary) shall consider the vacancies available with the respective Zilla Parishads and shall take decision with regard to the posting of the petitioner at a particular Zilla Parishad on its own merits. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today. 3.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
