This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 31.08.2017.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that in paragraph 3 of the order, the Act of "1996" is inadvertently typed as "1976" and in paragraph 5, the officer, who gave instructions, was from "Jalna" and which has been erroneously typed as "Jalgaon". Considering the above, this motion is allowed. The order dated 31.08.2017 be corrected accordingly and a corrected copy be issued.
