This application is filed to bring the L.Rs. of deceased appellant No. 1-A on record for the reasons set out in detail in the application. It is submitted that appellant No. 1-A died on 25/05/2018. The cause survives to prosecute the appeal by the applicants, who are L.Rs. of original appellant No. 1-A. The application is within time.

Considering the fact that right to prosecute the appeal survives, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Necessary amendment/substitution be carried out within two weeks from the date of this order.
