Present petition is filed for directions to learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Sakri, Dist. Dhule to decide Civil Miscellaneous Application No.397/2022 and Civil Miscellaneous Application No.392/2022. We are aware that concerned Court would be burdened with other matters also and, therefore, we are restraining ourselves from making the decision time bond. We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Sakri, Dist. Dhule to decide both the applications as expeditiously as possible.
