criapl548-2016 informant is admitted, criminal application No. 4635/2016 filed by the State, seeking leave to file appeal from the judgment and order dated 04.05.2016, passed by the Sessions Judge, Parbhani in Sessions Trial No. 12/2012, is also allowed. The same stands disposed off.
