PER COURT:- 1] Limited grievance raised in this petition is that, true version stated by the petitioner is not recorded by the concerned Investigating Officer in the FIR. Though the petitioner filed complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Dhule on 2.6.2016, no cognizance of said complaint has been taken by the Superintendent of Police. 2] It appears that the Superintendent of Police, Dhule has not summoned the concerned Investigating Officer so as to instruct him to take care of the grievances raised by the petitioner in his complaint dated 2.6.2016 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Dhule. In that view of the matter, we direct the Superintendent of Police, Dhule to call the investigation papers and after verifying the contents of the FIR and also progress in the investigation, in the light of the contents of the complaint filed by the petitioner on 2.6.2016, take appropriate steps by instructing the Investigating Officer, within 10 days from today.

Learned APP assures this Court that this order would be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Dhule by fastest mode of communication. It will be open to the Superintendent of Police, Dhule even to issue directions to the Investigating Officer for further investigation and if necessary, for filing supplementary charge sheet or for collecting other evidence, as the case may be.
