The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has given representations with the respondent No. 2 that, existing well from where water is sought to be supplied does not have sufficient water and so the alternate arrangement should be made. The Gram Panchayat has passed resolution to that effect, but the respondent No. 2 has not taken any decision upon it.

The learned A. G. P. accepts notice for the respondent No.

1. Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

In case representation of the petitioner (page No. 46) is

2 wp 492.21 pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall consider said representation on its own merits and take appropriate decision expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.
