Heard. Issue notice to respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The learned counsel Mr. Deshpande also waives service for respondent No.3 - Acquiring Body.

The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 846 days which appears to be caused due to his poor financial crisis. The learned AGP as well as learned counsel for Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is also circulation period.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicant, the delay of 846 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also for the delay in circulating the matter belatedly. 4.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
