The applicant has filed this application for his intervention in the Criminal Writ Petition No. 983 of 2021. According to him on his application an FIR came to be filed. He has alleged that there was fraud in Gangapur Sakhar Karkhana, District Aurangabad, therefore, he prays that he may be impleaded as respondent in the Writ Petition, so that he can file his say.

Learned App has no objection for the intervention of the applicant. In view of the same following order is passed :
