Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the award is passed U/Sec. 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in favour of the petitioners, however the amount of compensation is not yet paid.

We have heard the respondents also.

In case, the award passed in favour of the petitioners U/Sec. 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is in force and the petitioners are entitled for compensation pursuant to the said

2 wp 9958.19 award, then the respondents shall make payment to the petitioners as per the amount determined under the award U/Sec. 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
