The petitioners are transferred from unaided to aided posts after functioning for three and half months to one year. Their transfer to the aided posts are approved as Shikshan Sevak from the date of transfer to aided post.

We have in Writ Petition No.1493/2018 with connected writ petitions under judgment and order dated 4th July 2019 held that the services rendered on unaided post also will have to be counted. In the light of above, we pass the following order :-

O R D E R

(I) The Education Officer shall reconsider the decision regarding approval granted to the petitioners as Shikshan Sevak from the date of transfer. It shall consider the services rendered by the petitioners on unaided post while granting approval to the transfer on aided post. The same shall be in tune the judgment and order of this Court dated 4th July 2019 in Writ Petition No. 1493/2018 with connected writ petitions.
