The learned advocate for the petitioner strenuously criticized the impugned order dated 22.07.2019 delivered by the Deputy Director, Land Record, Nashik.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of fling a second revision in view of the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2016(2) SCC 213 : 2015(6) Mh.L.J. 915 (SC).

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a second revision, on or before 15.11.2019. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 05.08.2019 till 15.11.2019 shall be a ground for condonation of delay, if any.
