The applicants are seeking regular bail in Crime No. 64/2014 registered at Palam Police Station, Tq. Palam, District Parbhani, for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 148, 149, 323, 427, 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(3)(1) of the Arms Act.

There are sweeping allegations against the applicants in the F.I.R.

The applicants were arrested on 17/08/2015 and perusal of the investigation papers reflects that no serious overtact is attributed to the applicants.

In view thereof, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the applicants on bail. Hence, I propose to pass the following order.

The applicants be released on bail, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with one surety in the like amount, by each of the applicant, in connection with Crime No. 64/2014 registered at Palam Police Station, Tq. Palam, District Parbhani, for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 148, 149, 323, 427, 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(3)(1) of the Arms Act. The applicants shall keep themselves away from the concerned police station till filing of the charge sheet. 5.
