The petitioner's Advocate has complained that the claim is pending before the Scrutiny Committee at Jalgaon. The petitioner is not at fault because on the strength of the caste certificate dated 15.06.2004, he was admitted in the First Year B. Tech (Chemical) Degree Course. He has cleared the exam and now is in the second year. Now fourth semester exam held in March-April is also over. The petitioner appeared therein but the result is withheld.

Since the petitioner was not responsible for the delay in disposal of the proceedings before the Scrutiny Committee, we direct that the result of the petitioner be declared by the North Maharashtra University on or before 05.08.2017, subject to the final orders of the

The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
