ORDER

Learned counsel Mr. S.S. Rathi, along with Mr. Prasad Ramchandra Raut, Senior Legal Executive, Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd., representative of the appellant, are present today.

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed on record a pursis seeking permission to withdraw appeal. The same is marked as exhibit 'X'.

In view of his instructions and the pursis taken on record the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal. 4.

The amount deposited by the appellant in this Court shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants in accordance with the award passed by the Moter Accident Claims Tribunal, Shrirampur, along with interest.

5.

The office is directed to prepare award accordingly. The office shall refund court fees as per rules.
