Heard Mr Kale, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

On a grievance of non-compliance of the order of this Court and the vehicle being put to an auction in spite of the order of this Court, the petitioner approached this Court by present contempt petition. 3.
Yesterday i.e. on 7th August, 2019, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader sought time to take instructions and submitted before this Court that the auction, which was scheduled on 8th August, 2019 is postponed. 4.
Today, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader placed on record a communication dated 8th August, 2019, whereby the Sub Divisional Officer, Gangakhed directed respondent No.1 - Tahsildar, Palam to release the vehicle of the petitioner. The communication also refers to the compliance of the condition of this Court, namely, depositing an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in the Government Treasury. The communication also refers to the verification of ownership of the vehicle and the bond submitted by the petitioner with his consent letter.
