Aurangabad, shall be issued within a period of three months from today, subject to condition that petitioners shall co-operate the revenue authorities in making necessary compliance.

In view of statement made, grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition stands substantially redressed. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
