Mr Patil, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the contempt petition.

It was submitted before us that by an order dated 30th June, 2017, the respondents - authorities were directed by this Court to decide the pending proposal of petitioner for approval.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the proposal is now decided by an order dated 24th December, 2018 and as such, the order is complied with. He further submits that the petitioner shall avail the remedies in challenge to the order dated 24th December, 2018, by filing writ petition.
