The Petitioner alleged that one Vishwas Ravindranath Subalchandra administered medical treatment on him on 15th July, 2015 or so. Because of negligence in such treatment, he started suffering from hemorrhage etc. He, therefore, lodged criminal complaint with Sheogaon Police Station, District Ahmednagar. A copy of this complaint was also sent to Dy. S. P and S. P. of Ahmednagar. Police did not take steps for taking action against Accused. Elsewhere the Petitioner also stated that subsequently he learnt that Vishwas Ravindranath Subalchandra was not a qualified doctor and so declared bogus one under the provisions of Maharashtra Medical Practitioners Act, 1961. It was necessary for the Police to take appropriate steps.

903 wp.1117.15.odt Even after giving notice, steps are not taken. Therefore, the petition deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
