After having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Applicants in both the applications are permitted to withdraw 60% of the total amount, on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

(ii) Balance 40% of the amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank, initially for a period of one year and if so required, for the further period till disposal of the appeal.

(iii) Both Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
