1] Heard learned APP for the State. Perused the application filed by the petitioner - prisoner so also the impugned order.

2] The prisoner was released on 23.5.2015 on furlough, but then he surrendered 60 days late. The reason given is that he wants parole for treatment of his wife who is said to have been suffering from abdominal pain. We find no reason to entertain the petition on this count. Hence, the same is rejected summarily. The petitioner be informed accordingly.
