The Civil Application has been preferred by the applicant seeking substituted service under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, on the respondent Nos.2, 5, 6 to 10 and 13 to 19.

Perusal of the Bailiff report shows that on 18th July, 2022, when the Bailiff went to effect the service on respondent Nos.2, 5, 13 to 19, he was informed that they were not residing at the said address and has shifted to Harsool. Learned counsel for the

2 / 2 11ca13891-22 applicant submits that in spite of due diligence, current address of the respondents could not be found and in the trial Court, the address which has been stated in the petition is the same address. 4.

Considering the above, civil application stands allowed. The respondent Nos.2, 5, 6 to 10 and 13 to 19 is permitted to be served by paper publication by publishing notice in the "Daily Punyanagari" Aurangabad, 21 days before the next date of hearing. ( SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J. ) sa_mandwgad
