The Petitioner is before us with a prayer that his pending claim of belonging to Thakar, Scheduled Tribe, from 11.11.2021, be decided within a particular time frame.

The learned AGP submits that the Vigilance Inquiry Report is ready. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner makes a statement on instructions that the Petitioner will approach the Committee at Aurangabad tomorrow prior to 05:00 pm and collect the Vigilance Inquiry Report. Thereafter, within one (01) week i.e. on

2 wp 9233.2022 21.09.2022, he would appear before the Committee and submit his written explanation / submissions. The learned AGP submits that within four (04) weeks thereafter, the order would be pronounced. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- A] The Petitioner would collect the Vigilance Inquiry Report, on or before 05:00 p.m. on 14.09.2022.

B] The Petitioner would appear before the Committee on 21.09.2022, at 11:00 a.m. and submit his written explanation / submissions.

C] The Committee would deliver an order, on or before 21.10.2022.
