For the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application (No.11635 of 2018) is allowed.

The order passed by the learned Registrar on 07.10.2014 is quashed and set aside. The First Appeal No.1237 of 2014 stands restored to its original file. 3.

In view of the fact that, the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court has been enhanced, the present appeal will have to transfer to the District Court. It is accordingly transferred.

The Registrar to take all necessary steps to send the record and proceedings, if received in the matter, to the District

The District Court is requested to hear and decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within the period of six months.
