The application has been filed for cancellation of bail on the ground that violation of the bail condition.

In view of law laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court, in the case of Gurucharan Singh & Others Versus State (Delhi Administration), 1978 AIR 179, that where any condition is violated against the order granting by the Sessions of Court, a remedy to cancel the bail can be sought before that Court. The learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach before the learned Sessions Court. Liberty granted as prayed.
