In pursuance of order dated 5th January, 2022, the respondent No.2 has decided the claim of petitioner positively and has accordingly submitted its report dated 3rd February, 2022. The said report is taken on record. To the said report dated 3rd February, 2022, the Order dated 27th January, 2022 passed by respondent No.2 is annexed. By the said order, the respondent No.2 has permitted to all the concerned to effect correction in the name of father of petitioner - Sakar Deole in the school record instead of 'Karnu' as 'Kalanu' . The respondent No.2 has also directed all the concerned to take necessary steps in effecting the said correction.

In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner in prayer clause '

B' is met out and nothing further survives in the petition. 3.

In view of order dated 27th January, 2022 passed by respondent No.2, all the concerned are hereby directed to comply with the directions issued by the respondent No.2 in its proper spirit and without causing undue delay in the matter.

We hope and expect all concerned to take necessary steps to effect the change as per the Order dated 27th January, 2022 passed by respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading this order on the official website of the High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
