The present petition is initiated on the ground that although a civil suit is filed on the same subject matter, parallel proceedings are initiated under the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to raise his all contentions before the appropriate authority constituted under the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. However, I have not observed anything on the merits of the contention of the petitioner. If such a contention is raised, the authority concerned to decide the same in accordance with law.
