PER COURT :

The pension proposal shall be forwarded by the Management of the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from today.

Upon receipt of the pension proposal, the authority shall process it expeditiously, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the pension proposal and

forward it to the Accountant General's Office. It will be for the Office of the Accountant General, to consider if any amount is to be recovered from the petitioner.

3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
