Mr Swami, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that against the penalty and seizure of vehicle, the petitioner has filed an appeal. The appeal is dismissed. The petitioner filed revision before the Commissioner, same is pending. No orders are passed in appeal.

Learned A.G.P. waives notice for all respondents. 3.

In case the revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the Divisional Commissioner, then the Divisional Commissioner shall make endeavour to decide the application of the petitioner on its own merits, preferably within four weeks.
