By this civil application, the petitioner prays for condonation of delay of 137 days, caused in filing this civil application seeking restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.2526/2022, which was refused registration on account of nonremoval of office objections. 2.

The learned A.G.P. opposes the application.

Since the petition was not even registered and was dismissed under the orders of the learned Registrar (Judicial), we

13482.22ca (2) have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed, subject to the following conditions :- (a) All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 07/10/2022.

(b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 21/03/2022 shall stand restored.

(c) After all office objections are removed, the writ petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed in default.

Subject to the above, list the writ petition in the 'urgent admissions' category on 17/10/2022.
