The petitioner has a 'Mannervarlu' tribe certificate, recognized as Scheduled Tribe in the State of Maharashtra. The JEE examination requires the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe in the format as prescribed by the Central Government. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would complete the formalities by offering his existing certificate for verification, on or before 15th September, 2022. 3.

As such, this petition is disposed off. We expect, the authority to issue the certificate as required in the format prescribed by the Central Government, on or before 10th October, 2022.
