Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants, in these applications, are seeking withdrawal of entire amount deposited by the respondent - Acquiring Body with this Court. In other similar matters, this Court had allowed withdrawal of the amount vide order dtd.04.02.2020. However, in these appeals only 50 % amounts under the impugned award have been deposited.

In view of the same, all the respective applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amounts falling to their shares on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial ) of this Court.

All the applications are hereby disposed of.
