Since the writ petition is disposed of, prayer made by the applicant - petitioner for transfer of amount of Rs. 6,34,449/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Thirty Four Thousand Four Hundred Forty Nine) deposited by the respondents in this court to the Executing Court deserves to be considered. Therefore, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "C" only.
