Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant. 2.

He submits that due to inadvertence a statement was made that there is no necessity to bring legal heirs of respondent no.7 on record. Consequently, this Court passed order dated 04.04.2024. Now he seeks that order dated 04.04.2024, which is result of incorrect statement may be recalled.

Considering the reasons stated, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B) subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/- (Rs.Two Thousand only) to be deposited with the Advocates' Bar Library, Bombay High Court Bench at Aurangabad within a period of one week.

Civil Application is disposed of.
