31.08.2018 P.C. :- It is stated that an application dated 29.11.2017 tendered by the petitioner seeking change of name / ownership of M/s. Jai Shiv Shankar Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. (JSSSSK) to M/s. Shivaji Service Station (SSS) is pending before the respondents. This petition can be disposed by issuing directions to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to take a decision on the application as referred to above as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. At the same time respondent no.3 shall also take appropriate decision in the proceeding in respect of issuance of crushing licence. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
