31.08.2018 P.C. :- The petitioner claims to belong to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe and is pursuing his professional studies in engineering. The tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner is pending before the Scrutiny Committee since 25.07.2017 and no decision has been arrived at till now. In the circumstances, this petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent no.2-committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. 2.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner on the ground of failure to produce tribe validity certificate and he may be admitted for final year degree course subject to tendering of the tribe validity certificate within the time stipulated as above. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
