The present review is filed seeking review of the order dated 3rd August, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 4992 of 2015.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that Writ Petition No.4992/2015 pertains contractual employees, seeking regularization on the respective posts of junior engineer and civil engineering assistant and driver. The said writ petition was wrongly tagged with the group of petitions, wherein the petitioners were working as Assistant Teachers. The said writ petitions were decided by this Court vide orders dated 3rd August, 1/2

901wp4992-15 2015. However,as the present Writ Petition No.4992/2015 was erroneously tagged, the said order is carried in the said writ petition also.

Mrs. Ansingkar, learned counsel for respondent No.5 and learned AGP fairly concede to the submissions made by Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In light of above, the order dated 3rd August, 2015 is recalled in Writ Petition No. 4992/2015. Writ Petition No. 4992/2015 is restored to its original position.

Review application accordingly stands disposed of.
