ORAL ORDER :- After hearing the argument of the learned counsel for the applicants for some time, when this Court expressed opinion that the Court is not inclined to grant the relief in favour of applicant no.1 Sayyed Khalil the husband of respondent no.2, the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw his proceeding.
