This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.85/2022, registered at Osmanabad Rural Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related papers.

The FIR has been lodged by the victim himself. On investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed. The victim has

(( 2 )) 57-BA-1456-2022 suffered injury to occipital region of head. The injury was grievous in nature. Admittedly, he has been discharged from hospital two days after his admission. It will take time for commencement and conclusion of trial. This Court is inclined to grant the applicant, bail. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii)The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.85/2022, registered at Osmanabad Rural Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount.

(iii)The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once a week i.e. on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon, till next twelve months.

(iv)The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
