Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 - Management submits that on 13.11.2019, the present petitioner has filed an application requesting therein to allow her to join on the post and accordingly, by order dated 13.11.2019, her request is accepted and on the same day, the petitioner has joined as an Assistant Teacher. Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4, on instructions, submits that the institution may forward the proposal about continuity in service of the petitioner to the concerned authority and it is for that authority to pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction from the petitioner, who is present in person before the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition. Learned counsel however submits that the respondent - Management shall also pursue the said proposal pertaining to continuity in service of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Management submits that the Management will pursue the said proposal about continuity, however, it is for the concerned authority to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
