Having perused the earlier order in the present proceedings from the observations made by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ahmedpur, it is prima facie noted that, respondent No. 2 is not co-operating in disposal of the matter. 2.

In view thereof, it will be appropriate to dispose of the present petition by ordering that the hearing of the Criminal Misc. Application No. 73 of 2012 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ahmedpur is expedited. It is directed that the proceedings be decided within period of two months from today. 3.
