By this Civil Application the applicant seeks restoration of Writ Petition No.1545 of 2000 and seeks recall of order dated 14.07.2017. The learned A.G.P. for the respondents waives service.

We have heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties and are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for restoration of Writ Petition No.1545 of 2000 and for recall of the order dated

(2) CA No. 11572/2017 14.07.2017 for the reasons recorded in this Civil Application.

Civil Application No. 11572 of 2017 is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer Clause (B) and interim reliefs, if any, in force on the date of dismissal of Writ Petition, are also restored. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place Writ Petition No.1545 of 2000 on board for hearing and final disposal in the week commencing from 18th September, 2017.
