P. C. :- 1] Record indicates that, the last representation dated 19.1.2018 was made by petitioner No.5 in his personal capacity and not by all the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in view of the direction/letter dated 28.9.2017 issued by respondent No.3, petitioners are also entitled to get benefit of the same. 2] Admittedly, all the petitioners till date have not filed any comprehensive representation with respondent Nos. 3 and/or 4. It is therefore necessary for them to approach said Authorities at the first instance.

3] In view thereof, learned advocate for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw present petition with liberty to file appropriate detailed representation with the respondent No.3 for its sympathetic consideration.

Leave and liberty granted.

{2} 930 sr.no..odt 4] If the petitioners file such a representation/s within a period of 3 weeks from today, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider it within a period of 4 weeks therefrom.

5] Petition is accordingly disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
