The grievance of the Petitioners is that their second revision filed on 23.12.2022, has not even being subjected to issuance of notice.

The learned AGP submits that Respondent No.1 has to look after the entire affairs of the State and adequate time may be granted for deciding the second revision.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.1 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, decide the pending second revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, within 180 days from today.
