Admittedly, the learned reference Court has passed the impugned Judgment and Award on 2nd May, 2008. In view of the nature of subject-matter, the Judgment and Award is hereby stayed subject to the condition that the applicant-State shall deposit entire decretal amount with interest within 12 weeks from today in this Court, failure to which, the stay

2 CA13756/12 granted to the impugned Judgment and Award shall stands vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. Moreover, the liberty is granted to the respondent/original claimant to avail appropriate remedy available under Law for execution of decree etc.
