It is alleged by the applicant that this Court had directed respondent revision petitioner to deposit Rupees One Lakh which has been complied with by the respondent-husband. It is the grievance of the applicant-wife that when she had gone for withdrawal of the amount, Registry declined to make payment to the applicant-wife on the ground that the name of the applicant on Aadhar card and PAN card do not match with the name described in the title clause of the revision petition.

Learned counsel Shri Surve submits that applicant-wife has been issued Aadhar card and PAN card in her maternal name. Her maternal name is Zumbarbai Mahadu Dabhade. Indisputably the Aadhar card and PAN card stand in her maternal name. Therefore, Zumbarbai Mahadu Dabhade is her maternal name and Chandrakala Kisan Gavli is her matrimonial name. These two names pertain to applicant-wife only. Therefore, Registry is directed to make payment to applicant-wife if she produces Aadhar card, PAN card bearing name Zumbarbai Mahadu Dabhade. Criminal Application is disposed of.
