Present civil application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 429 days caused in filing the appeal against judgment and award dated 01.03.2016 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalna in L.A.R. No. 100 of 2011.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicant relying upon reasons as stated in para Nos. 2 to 4 of the application submits that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. 3.

Inspite of service of notice none appears for the respondent No. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 opposes the application.

Having considered submissions advanced and pleadings in para Nos. 2 to 4 of the application sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence the civil application is allowed.
