Learned counsel submits that the order is passed by the competent authority deciding the amount payable to the petitioners towards rental compensation. The said order is passed on 26.03.2018, however, the amount of rental compensation is not yet paid. 3.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P.

In case, the order of payment of rental compensation to the petitioners is still in force and the same is not stayed by any competent Court, then the respondents shall make payment to the petitioners of the amount of rental compensation as per the order passed by the authority, expeditiously and preferably within nine months from today. 5.

Writ petitions disposed of. No costs.
