The petitioners claim to have belonged to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. Their tribe certificates have been invalidated by the Scrutiny Committee. They are, therefore, before us. 2.

The fact is that this Court vide order dated 12.08.2025, passed in Writ Petition No. 10068/2025 directed the Scrutiny Committee to grant validity certificates to cousins of the petitioners. Moreover, the Scrutiny Committee has validated the claim of one of the petitioner's son. In this factual backdrop, the only course that can be resorted is to grant the petitioners validity certificate. 3.

In the result, the petition succeeds. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

i.

The order impugned herein is hereby set aside. ii.

Respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee, is directed

924.odt to issue the petitioners validity certificate of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe.

iii.

The validity certificate to be issued to the petitioners shall be co-terminus with the validity certificates pursuant to the directions issued by this Court.

iv.
