The petitioner has been granted furlough on condition of furnishing surety bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and cash surety in the like amount. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no friend or relative to stand as surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and also is unable to furnish the cash security of Rs.10,000/-, as he is financially unsound.

In view of the same, the petitioner be released on furnishing cash security in the sum of Rs.2000/- and on furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/-.

The writ petition is disposed of.
